      No growth. Management keeps changing. Confused higher management.

      Pros

      Good to work at absolute ground level. May like it if you have zero/minus expectations of growth. Can't think of any pros.

      Cons

      Company is at loss. No VIP/incentive/appraisals. Everyone at IKS management gives gaajar. They promise you growth but make you work like a donkey for years till they give you temporary promotion. HR is not at all supportive. Lot of attrition and dissatisfaction at all levels. Women safety is grossly compromised as they don't have a good screening process during recruitment. Work life balance is horrible as they make every one work extra hours but dont have any extra hours payment rolled out. Overtime policy is horrible so are the other HR policies. Join only if you want to ruin your career.

      Can't list any pros because company is filled with cons, con people

      Cons

      Such companies should shut down, they are playing with emplyees' life and make them work more than 24 hours at a stretch, treat them as slaves. Higher managers are useless.

      RCM business is good, dont know if growing

      Cons

      Screwed HR policies. HR activities are just to show their worth, otherwise everyone in HR is useless without human resources knowledge. Hire and fire police at its best. Company fires the highly talented ones, and retains the under performers. Care business is all in loss, just for reputation sake its continued. Half of IKS employess are on bench without work. Zero culture, zero values.
