      Job Insecurity

      Pros

      Day Shift for payment posting and rejection representative. That's the only one.

      Cons

      Job insecurity - can lay off any time as company can't hold on big client's expectations. Pay - lowest in the industry, don't expect variable pay as company not making any profit. Leave policy - Worst. No sick or emergency leaves, if you have leave balance only then u get leave otherwise Loss of Pay will be applied and also your rating will be brought down as LWP are unplanned leave. No transportation for day shift. Food is not good, no variety. HR support is also worst.

      Unachievable KRA targets

      People who never worked have become managers Delayed or no appraisal. Absolutely primitive leadership KRA targets for scribes and TLs are impossible to achieve No stable policy Highest attrition rate
