      They offer a good payout for medicos.

      Cons

      Lengthy worktime, no extra payout for overtime, listening to audios for a long period of time will have a negative effect on the ears in the long run.

      Workplace riddled unfair micromanagement, disregard for employees, and lacking direction.

      Pros

      The only reason one should consider working here is if the job is a means to earn money.

      Cons

      The leadership team lacks direction and clarity. There are too many cooks, who depend on perceptions and gossip to make decision and there is very little fact finding. Policies change abruptly, most times even the managers and directors get confused on the implementation of the said policies. If that's not enough, they encourage quick fixes, no one wants to get things right in the long term. They drive production over quality, cheap and fast implementation over error free, phase wise deployment. They'd rather ill treat you, give you negative feedback on personal choices, than train you or invest in you to get your job done well. Heck, for the first 6 months you won't even know your KRAs.

      I couldn't find any positive point to work with as there is nothing like Management things work..

      Cons

      No one is supportive. Managers are arrogant as they have given so much legacy to treat employees as they want. Upper Management doesn't hear anything and believes in myths that the company environment is good enough.
