      Clinical associate: pathetic company to work with

      Pros

      You get to learn many things just in an initial two month's period.

      Cons

      No professionalism. Weekly increasing targets. One has to extend up to 12-14 hours as per requirement and to complete inhumaly targets. No respect for doctors. People have been terminated or forced to give resignation by mental torture. No insentives for performance. Poor management.

      It's becoming a worst organization day by day. More than 200 employees resigned in August and count still continuing

      Training in iks is big advantage.. get trained here and move on to next organization . Do not waste time here
