Pros

Excellent benefits/pay, supportive sales structure, tech/applications experts are generally wonderful and helpful, lots of people to turn to. Work/life balance is the best I've ever had. My manager is extraordinary. Lots of support for customers and opportunities to provide value.

Cons

Fairly frequent change to things like policies/comp structures/leadership can at times be frustrating. Reliance on Autodesk and being tied to their way of doing things leads customers to be frustrated with IMAGINiT sometimes if messaging isn't accurate.
