Wow how refreshing to walk in the door and have a phone with my name on it, and a PC at my cubicle configured and ready to go. Then I am presented with an on-boarding plan and agenda and greeted by some amazing fellow employees, this has been an excellent experience!

Cons

Nothing to improve with the onboarding process.
