Pros

After an acquisition, it took some time to come together as one company, but it seems to be sorting itself out finally. The company is embracing the changes within the Partnerships it's engaged in, resulting in an adapting year-to-year comp plan that considers not just the company but also the employee. We are provided with many products and services to offer our customers, giving plenty of opportunities to hit overall targets.

Cons

The services side still needs quite a bit of work to ensure that the team can support its customers.

IMGT seems lost in terms of what to do to succeed. The services organization is teetering on disaster and management just keeps heading down the same path. The sales org is managed by metrics to the extreme and there is a heavy use of intimidation and crazy micro-management. Employees are very unhappy and turn-over is far too high. This is not a good place to work, sadly.

The product and services are great.

Cons

Heavy micro management. They don't care about your YTD. You are only as good as yesterday. They keep people on PIP's for years to drive revenue out of fear.
