      Management lacks direction and expects things to be done 'the old way'. Unrealistic deadlines to win work. Management lacks support for people (crew) doing the work.

      Some good staff. They have a lot of lunch and learns. That's pretty much it.

      Expect to work long hours. You are given multiple task with unreasonably deadlines. Pretty much your life becomes your work
