The Michigan office is very laid back and most of the people are a lot of fun to work with.

Management does not support their staff and ownership ignores any issues that may arise because they dont want to deal with them.

People, Experience, Environment, Vacation/PTO. Mentorship program for out of college hires is great.

Cons

Work life balance is tough because a lot of the responsibility for your own success is on your shoulders. Even when somebody else is being unrealistic in their expectations for a deadline you have to meet it. So get ready to work some 50-60hr work weeks.
