You will not find a company with more flexibility in personal schedule .

Cons

If you are not an engineer or on your way to becoming a professional engineer or structural engineer you do not have any opportunities. There is quite a hostile environment created because of that.

1. Flexibilty of office hours. 2. Best in industry salary. 3. Good Working environment. 4. You get time for family and self. 5. Exposure to best softwares 6. In house cricket matches 7. Real nice people to work with.

Cons

1. Exployees are not resposible for what they do in India office. 2. No real consulting engineering exposure. 3. Easy money makes one lazy. 4. No leadership in India office. 5. Not much diversity in workforce.

Don't think out of the box if you are not an Engineer. You will be treated like a speck of dirt on a shoe if you are not an Engineer. Upper management will not protect you if you are bullied by your Supervisor at the direction of the particular office's HR. Generalist.
