Good salary, great atmosphere, good learning experience and best of all time flexibility. There is no fix time to come office. you can come office at your convenient time. It is performance based company. So the better you perform, the better increment you get.

Cons

The buildings for which you design MEP are in U.S. so you won't be able to get a site visit.
