      Pros

      Huge variety of projects with all material types Lots of project management experience on smaller projects Management will ask for your input on what you want to work on

      Cons

      Workload can be overwhelming, especially juggling many smaller projects Not many employee-recognition events Lack of organization and resources within the company for calculations and drawing preparation Smaller projects involves less focus on the technical side of engineeering and more on coordination between architects, drafters, and other disciplines

      Pros

      I have really enjoyed my time at IMEG, mileage may vary based on office location, but I think the office culture/community is great.

      Cons

      Nation-wide I know there have been some issues with company acquisitions, which is something that's mostly unavoidable, but you never like to hear about a new office losing half of their employees.
