      Great resources and Connectivity

      Pros

      Easy access to resources for learning, modelling and designing. Company was transparent with finances and budgets. Great leadership and direction, with clear goals. Lots of career paths for all levels education. Solid benefit hours, 3 weeks vacation minimum, upwards of 4-5 weeks with experience/negotiations.

      Cons

      No 401k, only an ESOP option for retirement. However, ESOP contributions have been good and about 5-8% of salary. Large, corporate feeling firm and you can feel easy to replace or like just another number.
