      Pros

      Limited positives. After the merger/acquisition, it no longer felt like a place where an individual could make a meaningful impact.

      Cons

      I experienced the merger/acquisition from a middle-management perspective. The ESOP emphasis, combined with vague responses to reasonable, standard questions, came across as inauthentic, scripted, and overly PR-driven, which eroded trust. After factoring in the reduction/loss of certain benefits, overall compensation effectively was a pay cut.

      Flexible scheduling (when not drained with projects), ESOP, PTO

      Cons

      Projects keep coming in, unable to hire new employees while many current employees are leaving. Often requires early morning or late evenings work and sometimes have to catch up on the weekends, not the work life balance they advertise.
