      Well intentioned but not capable

      Pros

      Believe my local team wants to do better and learn to be excellent. Trust my supervisor is doing all they can.

      Cons

      Even though I believe management is well intentioned they are afraid to be honest and direct with clients so clients end up pushing leadership around and this leads to leadership pushing production teams around which is frustrating and dysfunctional. We can’t always bail leadership out because they are afraid to lead and be honest.
