      Lots of fun and interesting projects to work on.

      Cons

      Top-heavy company who only cares about the employees who by in. Expectation to work 50+ hours and weekends. Raises and bonuses based off job title and monetary investment, not performance.

      Good stepping stone position Lead positions on projects given quickly

      Cons

      Hourly employees treated as salary (breaks not given, on-call during lunch) Management hates change Ageist and sexist remarks very common Not everyone treated equally, favorites chosen due to personal connection No growth opportunities Overtime every week, is recognized as normal and not extra effort New responsibilities given without pay boost Hierarchy does not work High termination/quit rate Constantly understaffed, but not hiring Office doesn’t make profit
