Lots of hands on work and great on site experiences. The current people who work there will teach you a lot about what IMEG does day to day

Cons

Lots of travel in the area and surrounding counties. Some projects are long, and when it’s hot outside it can be hard.

Salary is fair and travel is reasonable

Cons

Terrible policies and procedures. Company is ran like a 1960’s-1970’s organization. Came from a very progressive and innovative large organization and was sold a story that imeg was “innovative”. This company is so backward and old school it’s almost comical.
