      The company is awesome company with great people and resources. Management has a open door policy which is nice. Lot of opportunity to move up if you are goal orientated.

      Cons

      Expect to work 60+ hours and that is the norm. A light week is working 50 hrs. The company relies to heavy on mid-level and senior-level
