      Pros

      I've been working at IMRI for the last 8 years. I like that the HR department is very responsive to any questions I have. In addition, the benefits are pretty competitive as well as compensation. I like that I've had an opportunity to grow within the company over the years. It's also nice to work at a stable small business where they really are customer focused.

      Pros

      Small company with large company perks. Salary is very competitive and the benefits are better than some of the larger business I've worked for. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K - all excellent and very cost competitive. One review mentioned payroll and paychecks. I've never had an issue with my paycheck - always paid on time and always correct True open door policy all the way up to the Owner/President.

      I really don't have any downsides.

      Nice co-workers to chat with in a good environment Good location and very clean area

      Cons

      1. Work-life balance does not exist 2. There are meetings on top of meetings which take up hours our of the week, which means everyone is behind. 3. Constant micromanaging! Instead of telling you what they want to see in a project they give you enough rope to hang yourself with. There is no real directions or what they want to see just a vague idea.Then they take it all apart and it's back to the drawing board. 4. With all the meetings, it's hard to complete projects on time expect by taking work home. 5. With low salaries, there is no incentive to work harder or complete any extras.
