Pros

If you have a low skill level and are cheap then you can get a job at IMRI

Cons

You career stops and becomes just a job. Gains contracts as a set aside, certainly not on their merits. The employees and client satisfaction is irrelevent. Never be honest about your concerns. Never expect honesty from them.

Pros

You are offered tools and resources to do your job.

Cons

This company prides itself on being a disabled veteran women owned business but whats not disclosed is its also a family business. On the surface there are attempts to create a positive work environment but there is extreme bias and nepotism. Those with power favor relatives or friends, give them jobs and neglect a lot of their poor performance. At the same time there is a huge turn over rate, very quick to hire, dump workload on new employees, and fire employees with little to no reason. The expectation and their standard on employees (non relatives or family friends) is unreasonable and impossible. Employees are belittled and often yelled at inappropriately. There is constant disrespect and disparaging among the team yet constant praising of management and CEO.

Pros

Comfortable office, paychecks were timely and always cleared, and some quality coworkers. Decent benefits package. The product was engaging and challenging to build which made the work gratifying.

Cons

Below average pay. While I was there, terminations were frequent and morale was low. Nepotism is very apparent here.
