      Pay was up to par

      Poor benefits, Medical is expensive, long time frame until 401k is vested, no training offered. Hostile work environment, PM would stand in your personal space and yell, and threaten. I moved on pretty quickly.

      There are lots of helpful and nice people working in the main office. They strive to maintain good communication with their employees.

      A little disconnection between the Contract and their employees They don't always know what is happening with their employees

      Pros

      Although we work on various contracts and at different contract sites, IMRI connection with their employees is so outstanding. They recognize employees for their performance. The management is easy to reach and they truly understand how to involve their employees. Newsletters, site visits, and responsiveness. Compensation and benefits are excellent. They promote from within.
