      Pros

      A lot of good workers on all levels. Some managers are verz good and know what they're doing

      Cons

      Some managers are clueless and management let them just run the show. Germans will be preferred for promotions. In some areas it's very strict, in others no one cares

      Pros

      Some of the coworkers are very nice. Benefits are average.

      Cons

      No training program at all. Techs have no interest in showing you anything. Many things the senior techs don't understand either. Have there own little group of people, most from other places they worked together at and your not invited. Lots of favoritism, Must kiss butt to get recognized. No care about safety at all or about the rules in the handbook. Favorites get to take long lunches together all at the same time. Machine sits down for long time because they all at lunch or in the office, and then they complain about no production numbers.
