Pros

Insurance is decent, but not good.

Cons

Most employees are overworked and underpaid. Raises are very small, if you get a raise at all. Hourly employees are held to a higher standard then salaried employees. Definitely a "US and THEM" environment and culture.

I can't think of any.

Cons

They don't give good raises. They have a FREEZE on giving raises for over a year. It's a revolving door. The temps get better treatment than the employees. The people that miss work all the time can do whatever they want to the majority of the time. The pay sucks.
