Pros

Great gigs to work, enjoyed travelling, good equipment to work with. Plenty of hours. Benefits were really good.

Cons

Poor management, bad scheduling, no raise in 3 years. Even addressing issues with management no changes ever come through. Have had whole team meetings to address problems, and still minimal if any changes would happen. For the work I was doing, I should have been receiving more per hour than I was. Focus was constantly on the business making more money and hiring more people.

Horrible pay, long hours, no turn around time between shifts and terrible management.

Great pay, benefits, and perks to employees. Professional Production Management & Operations staff to learn from. Everyone here is a team player... in previous companies I had to do everything from A-Z to manage a show... at IMS there's a team of people helping you be successful. Flexibility to work from home.

Cons

Really not much to say here.
