Great core staff that the company doesn’t care to compensate properly

Pros

The core employees that ensure the company runs as planned are top notch. They work together to ensure operational excellence and share their knowledge when needed. Good healthcare package for single / individuals.

Cons

Executives and ownership seem to care more about margins and earnings than their employees. Zero work incentives and no bonuses. Very little opportunities for advancement and false promises. Very slim work life balance. No family support / Maternity leave.

Pros

Great pay, benefits, and perks to employees. Professional Production Management & Operations staff to learn from. Everyone here is a team player... in previous companies I had to do everything from A-Z to manage a show... at IMS there's a team of people helping you be successful. Flexibility to work from home.

Cons

Really not much to say here.
