I was given busy work to reduce productivity in order to feign lack of manpower Management sacrificed my job performance by artificially inflating standards and used me as a scapegoat when cracks in performance appeared. Because it's a small company, it's easy for individuals to remain cemented in one position for multiple years, making room to grow difficult. Old methods of deployment are perfected, however without new talent this company will lack innovation. This translates to valuing procedures that may increase technological debt
