Pros

I excelled at this job and this company because they expect and reward those employees that work hard and perform. I always carried my weight and most of the people at IMS were very conscientious and I could count on them. I liked it very much and learned a great deal.

Cons

This company is not for you if you don't have a strong work ethic, bring drama to the job or don't have enough sense to take care of your customers and fellow employees. It is a fast paced, energetic and challenging environment. You will get eaten alive if you do not thrive in this type of situation.

Pros

My years at IMS were some of my best ever. I was always treated with dignity and respect and felt that everybody had my back. I put a lot into the job and I got a lot out of the job. The pay was very good.

Cons

Life as a Technician is difficult due to the travel and workload. I needed a change when we had kids.
