      Pros

      I worked Full-time at the corporate headquarters in Alpharetta and have no complaints. Unfortunately life through a curve-ball at me and I had to move away and leave IN Compass behind. Everyone seemed to get along really well and I never felt overly rushed or pressed for anything. The CEO would regularly talk to everyone and tell them where the company was heading. Great leadership and a passionate team have lead to success at In Compass and I miss working there.

      Cons

      Once a month the CEO has food catered in for all the corporate employees. Many times it was from an Italian restaurant that was so-so. But its a free lunch so...

      Pros

      Passionate leadership team and strong commitment to patient service. Excellent work life balance. Reputation is very strong within the industry.

      Cons

      Sometimes will hang on to underperforming employees too long. Industry is very competitive and the recruitment side is very challenging.
