Pros
At least you are getting a paycheck each month. It’s easy to slack off at work because no one really pays attention. When I worked here I would finish my work in about 3 hours, email/ask what else I could do to “help the team” and wait the rest of the day for someone to respond to me. Eventually I grew tired of asking and waiting for a reply so I would draw at my desk or bring stuff from home to entertain myself.
Cons
***Please read recent reviews for accurate depiction of company.*** As soon as you’re hired you are basically left to your own devices. All they care about is money and the numbers at the end of the day. When you are given work don’t bother asking for help in understanding your role because no one knows what they’re doing. There’s a new manager hired every 6 months who reassigns our roles so now no one knows what their responsibilities are exactly. The employees are then reprimanded for decreased productivity but if management would only communicate clearly there wouldn’t have been an issue.
