      I have worked for In Compass for over 2 years now and they have only treated me like family here! Everyone is very professional and willing to help one another. I look forward to coming to work every day!

      Pros

      I worked Full-time at the corporate headquarters in Alpharetta and have no complaints. Unfortunately life through a curve-ball at me and I had to move away and leave IN Compass behind. Everyone seemed to get along really well and I never felt overly rushed or pressed for anything. The CEO would regularly talk to everyone and tell them where the company was heading. Great leadership and a passionate team have lead to success at In Compass and I miss working there.

      Cons

      Once a month the CEO has food catered in for all the corporate employees. Many times it was from an Italian restaurant that was so-so. But its a free lunch so...

      If left alone, can accomplish a lot. CEO would be a very influential person if wasn’t nervous of political issues

      Cons

      Upper management and the CEO scared to put VPs in their place. And VPs who always cause Loss of lovey and clients.
