1) Alignment to Goals & Transparency - team members have visibility into financial performance and progress towards goals and understand how their role contributes 2) Culture & Core Values - the team's commitment to core values has created a culture that is exciting to be part of. People truly care about each other and are not afraid to challenge themselves or others in constructive ways. 3) High Client Satisfaction - clients are incredibly happy with the results INSIGHT delivers and repeat business is the norm.

1) It would be great if the company had more recurring revenue sources 2) While plenty of time off is provided, it can be difficult to take it due to work load
