Some teams get really good projects. Some manager are really friendly to work with. Learn how to get things done If you get a good team to work with you will be happy in the company.
Cons
Lack of purpose in most of the employee to build a great product.Because of frustating work in some team. The employee belonging to the college from where our ceo was are given preference(B.V.B College i think) You work on live project but the learning isnt that great as a developer.you will be doing something but where it will impact you dont know. I was hired as a product engineer but worked in FQK Team where their is no great work more frustation than you can think of. I worked on automation and later on i got no credit for my work just because i didnt say i was working.Pretending to work more is more imp than actually doing great work. I was put in pip for no reason later on they made me permanent but till then i felt i had been in trap and now its time to leave.I got better offer and left evrything behind.
