Pros

You get to work on live projects and your code goes to production. You get to learn thing in a fast pace

Cons

Timings are never maintained and not enough employee security is provided. There is no cab facility ..so if you work till late you are on your own!! You can never get time to think of yourself. You get to learn things but most of the time it is copy pasting the code ,modifying it and getting the work done. People always search for other opportunities while working there.
