      Pros

      Benefits, yearly increase. Supportive physicians. Appropriate training, CME allowance. Friendly staff.

      Cons

      PTO is not competitive particularly for salaried employees. 25 days include vacation, sick days, and holidays and no cash value upon resignation. Inadequate feedback and communication from leadership.

      Pros

      Portland Avenue campus employees are friendly and tend to get along well with each other. Integris recently put in place a great compensation program for employees who work every weekend.

      Cons

      None that come to mind.
