      Pros

      The people (that are left) are amazing! You couldnt ask for harder working or more invested coworkers.

      Cons

      Recent restructuring and MASS outsourcing has left support services such as IT and billing being supported by a over worked skeleton crew or off shore resources that a failing to preform. Massive outages are becoming a regular occurance. The mass exodus caused by leaderships lack of transparency has ruined the reputaion of Integris as a great place to work.

      Amazing management who genuinely cares Competitive pay and benefits Exciting and fast paced Challenging I read a review before I worked here that talked about how click-ish the culture is and how the RNs leave the HUCS out but that was not my experience. They were very friendly and the longer you’re there and make effort to get to know them the more that is reciprocated.
