Since new CNO took over the overall culture has spiraled downward. I have never worked with an CNO who is so against bedside nurses. "A nurse is a nurse and needs to float wherever!" We as nurses spent countless hours learning our specialty to be turned down to a disposable asset. Our CNO let's us know we are disposable each and everyday.

Things have been on a downward trend ever since the new CEO arrived almost two years ago. They cleaned house of several incredible people in management, and brought in their own gang straight from Intermountain. Now, it’s nothing but corporate platitudes with no substance. It honestly seems like they just sit around a table and think up new buzzwords and congratulate each other on how smart they are. Unfortunately, good people are leaving in droves. You can work your way up in the organization, but it doesn’t mean your pay will increase in any substantial way. Just more work for almost the same pay. The good people who are left are doing the best they can. I really hope that this guy can move on soon, so that INTEGRIS can possibly go back to being the place it once was for employees.
