      The organization strongly leads with iCare values (Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence). Being the largest healthcare organization in OK, there are multiple departments, both inpatient and ambulatory, that make a career change possible without ever leaving the organization.

      Cons

      Change takes longer due to the size of the organization.

      Pros

      The Integris culture of constant improvent sounds great and it can really mean your voice is heard....but it also means Nothing lasts for longer than 5 minutes, so you never know what is going on.

      Cons

      Do not work a salaried position here. They can not get their heads around what an exempt employee means. For example: they will tell you you have to take an hour lunch, then HR will tell you that's nonsense, then 3 months later leadership will change their minds yet again and tell you everyone has to take a half hour lunch and be here 8.5 hours.
