Pros

enjoy working with staff, family type atmosphere.

Cons

Restructuring over years has caused not filling positions and being expected to do more with less help. Not having enough staff to allow you time to take vacation.

Your review is appreciated. We have so many dedicated team members with INTEGRIS who work tirelessly for our patients and we thank you! If you are a full time employee, you are earning personal paid leave so it is there for you to use, you deserve it.

Pros

Manager cares about us and is flexible with our schedules. We were given the opportunity to work four days per week and that helps me with my family. I like that he has worked for the company a long time and is young. That shows me I can move up too.

Cons

Benefits are not great. A pay freeze and 403 b match freeze since 2016 has been the worst of it but health insurance deductibles are high.

Thank you for your review! The INTEGRIS match is back for fiscal year 2017! And so are merit increases. It is true we had to forego the match and merit increases in 2016 and appreciate employees positive responses to the need for it. We appreciate your patience and your belief in INTEGRIS. We hope and expect the health care industry will continue to move in a positive direction. INTEGRIS will also continue with our employer contribution in January to all employees who work a minimum of 1040 hours the year before.
