INTEGRIS employees are definitely the core of our success. We understand that collaboration among our employees translates to a more effective workplace and extraordinary patient care. Our Retirement Savings Plan helps employees prepare for their future by working together with INTEGRIS Health to save for retirement. INTEGRIS Health provides a basic contribution to employees accounts each year. Employees can save up to 100 percent of pay on a tax-deferred (pre-tax) basis or Roth (after-tax) basis. Employees can choose from a full range of investment options. Although our matching retirement benefits were affected July 1st, INTEGRIS is still contributing up to 3% each calendar year to employees who have worked a minimum of 1040 hours during the year.

Low Pay (always a freeze on raises) No job security for employees at any level, makes for a stressful work environment. Advancement is based on who you know and not your performance.
