      Pay, schedule, innovation - continuous improvement instead of staying stuck in the past.

      Cons

      After 2 years, the only thing I would consider a con would be the pay for some of my staff. I wish Integris paid the PSR’s more.

      Leadership takes time to listen to your ideas. It definitely feels like a family work environment. I feel like my coworkers and bosses feel like I matter
