      Pros

      Originally started at the hospital bc I was interested in going back to nursing school. They have a program that will guide you through the entire process including incentives ($$$) for completing it and then signing a contract to work for them for so many years upon graduation.

      Cons

      They are the lowest paying hospital for new nurses starting out.

      Pros

      Some of the greatest healthcare I've ever witnessed happened at this organization. Cannot speak more highly of those people who show up to work for this org and make their community better.

      Cons

      I've never experienced such toxic leadership that (ironically) causes decline in mental, physical and emotional health by the iron fist they yield. Current executive leadership utterly destroyed the culture of this beloved nonprofit healthcare org. Executive leadership rewards obedience, complicity, falling in line, misognyny, and board interest. Those who speak up or show any level of interdependence are fired or demeaned in some way. I was verbally and emotionally manipulated by members of leadership who were never held accountable for their actions. So many physicians, nurses and support team leading. This is corporate greed and profiteering at its height in OKC.
