When it comes down to is they just do not care.

Pros

Good shops around the area for you to go out to lunch. If anything the company does hire from all walks of life.

Cons

CEO lets you know clearly that you are expendable at the cost of profitability. Big turn over rate within all the departments this last 1 1/2. Guess when they want quantity and not quality this is what you get.

Said when the CEO has his 1 person from Marketing get on glass door and post dummy accounts to boost the company ratings.

Company culture was great. The office is a nice place to work. You get to work with different technologies that makes work interesting.

Cons

Working with startups can be unorganized, no remote days.
