INX seems to be involved in a lot of different product lines, UV/EB, water base, solvent based, sheet fed, wide web, etc. They have some very experienced product developers.

Cons

There's busy times and quiet times in the lab. Draconian about personal computer use. Very cost driven. It's a race to the bottom in terms of pricing and costs. You don't get any vacation time the first year. Depending when you were hired, you won't be accruing much vacation for the second year either. You must work two years before you get a normal vacation allotment
