      Pros

      Been working for INFlow for about 5 months now, and have been very happy thus far. The leadership is open to talk to at any time about any issues. They have been transparent and supportive. Definitely helps that the compensation is great as well. Benefits are good and they are flexible with your schedule. It's exciting to join a new company and help build it from the ground up.

      Pros

      They are a small, tight knit company, which I find to be a breath of fresh air. Supervisors are excellent and regularly check-in to see if anything is needed. HR and any of the other departments I've had to work with are helpful and respond quickly. Everyone is incredibly friendly and outgoing so I have no complaints.

      Have been working here for over a year and can't really think of anything negative.
