I'm very fortunate to be working here at INflow. They offer a great compensation/benefits package (unlimited PTO, 401K, etc.) and do a great job of taking care of their employees. Owners are very personable, relatable and family oriented. Being parent's themselves, there are those days where I need the flexibility to work from home and they allow that. Throughout the year, they offer a lot of side incentives for accomplishments - I recently won an Apple Watch, as a performance bonus. Great culture, people and overall excellent place to work
