Thank you for your input! We do believe in hiring the best people to be part of the our team, and then giving them the autonomy to use their talents and skills. IPNS is always looking to grow and win new contracts, and while we certainly can't win them all we are constantly improving our strategies for success.

Pros

Was ok for technical experience, but that is the client "USMC", not IPNS. I can't think of anything else, but I gave them every chance to be a good company. When I was a new employee, I couldn't understand why everybody literally hated them. It was dumbfounding. I learned over time.

Cons

Cheap !! and in my view unethical. They wouldn't let me take pto other than a day or so here and there, but never a real vacation over the period of 14 months. In addition, co-workers who were fired or left were not replaced to full staff, making me and another co-worker work like dogs. The reason I am writing this review is that when I left, they did not pay my accrued 67 hours of PTO. I complained and HR said "read the handbook". Seems like that should be illegal...not allowing an employee to take vacation, then not paying them for it because they leave when not allowed to take vacation.

We appreciate the time you’ve spent on making your concerns known and value your opinion. IPNS policies are presented to every employee upon starting, and at any time changes to the policies are made. We do require that all employees provide sufficient notice of intent to take leave to ensure that there is always coverage for the team and the customer. It is unfortunate if you felt that this policy was unfair to you, and we will continue working to improve our procedures to accommodate a healthy work-life balance. We wish you the best in your current endeavors.
