Excellent Company. Very good benefits including the best 401k matching in Government Contractors

Pros

Management polite and listens to you. I have had a lot of experience working for several Government contractors in the beltway, by far this is the best company that really cares for you

Cons

It is a small but growing company and hence health benefits is a little expensive

Horrible company, inept support and leadership.

Pros

Zero. Do not walk away from this company, RUN!

Cons

Paychecks weeks late, then show up without corporate signature. Recruiter hiring employees with ZERO experience. Managers with ZERO leadership. Company directors clueless.

Thank you for your feedback. It is worth noting that while this is an older review and we do believe these issues have all been resolved, we are always working to improve our processes. Employee feedback is essential to rooting out problems and getting them resolved quickly.

Pros

I get to do meaningful work without being micromanaged. I get to help my customer every day. My work makes a difference. I am getting training and development opportunities for my career, not just my current job

None that I can think of
