      Pros

      Mid size pharma with bold ambitions in a continuous change mode to ensure that our drugs are touching all patients. Plenty of opportunity to have an impact if you have a strong drive, love innovation and customer mindset . IT & Digital organization are considered strategic to the group transformation. Talents are welcome. We have the means to deliver and a very good friendly atmosphere . Management is paying attention to work- life balance and people development.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a quiet place, if change is scary, if you feel that digitization will have no impact on the pharma business model, if you don't like to dare . If you always need permission to move forward and are not friendly , this is not a place for you .

      Great company, going places

      Pros

      Rapidly growing company with lots of opportunity to develop. Managers at all levels are open to ideas and suggestions and the organisation feels relatively non-hierarchical. Lovely people throughout the business. Adult approach to work life balance and other, often tricky, subjects. A genuine desire from senior managers to make things better.

      Cons

      Lots of change which can create a feeling of instability but the general directon of travel is good. It can, at times, make it difficult to spot and work towards new career opportunities as things are forever shifting. Processes and systems can create frustration - not sure if this is due to Ipsen being a smaller company or whether it is more related to corporate restrictions from France.
