Colleagues are genuinely supportive and create a welcoming atmosphere, and I feel fortunate to have a smart, assertive, professional while approachable line manager. Onboarding was made easy despite the number of systems and procedures, and the work itself feels meaningful and rewarding; the challenges that come with projects prevent it from ever feeling monotonous. There are great opportunities to learn across different systems and functions, including secondments in a cross-functional environment, and Ipsen’s strong global presence ensures access to solid resources.
