      With a strong culture of improving patients' lives, Ipsen fits for anyone motivated by this mission. Ipsen is the right size to measure one's impact and build a network. The organization is constantly adapting to markets, which brings up many opportunities.

      Very demanding and challenging environment.

      Pros

      Supportive supervisor and teammates, great benefits, supportive of employees during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Exciting work and it is nice to be able to work at a company that is positively changing people's lives.

      Additional need for strong project management.

      The current disease portfolio can impact positively patient lives

      Cons

      They treat humans very badly. It can all start very nice, but quite fast, HR and top management can use the opportunity to take advantage of yourself. Bad contractual practices, worst work-life balance, non meaningful projects. There is a French male sexism quite set in the organisation. If you are a women and not french you shouldn’t join
